Sometimes I am searching for say a powershell script eg *install*.ps1 which returns hundreds of files, most of which I am not interested in.

Outlook offline and O365 searching is absolute rubbish. I would pay good money for a decent plugin/tool to search my inboxes (I can do online or offline).

Can the index journal track which process created the journal entry? This would be very useful and save using resource monitor or procmon.

I have an extremely fast computer and performance is not an issue. What do these journals do and why would I decrease/increase them? What would be the affects if I did?

Fast X sort I assume adds an index for that column to improve sorting/searching speed but ...
