Everything ignore the ampersand sign

I have a file Tom & Jerry on the list name is displayed correctly, but the balloon is Tom _Jerry - Everything ignore the ampersand sign.

Everything doesn't have any balloons. What balloons are you referring to here?

(Weird. Yesterday when I tried to DUP this, I specifically reduced column size such that a mouseover would show the popup with the full filename. Yet, it did work correctly, displaying '&' as expected. Yet doing it again, now, I certainly see the bug. Wonder what I did yesterday?)

Not seeing it on Win7, but saw it on XP.
(At least I'm not that crazy. 671b in each case, I'm pretty sure.)

The issue is reproducible on Windows XP.
It works OK on Windows 7 and 8, although it shouldn't.

Basically the tooltip uses the & to underline the next letter. I've added the tooltip style TTS_NOPREFIX which appears to have fixed the issue.
I hope to post an updated beta today with this fix.

I checked on Windows XP versions 671b, 673b, 676b, and each is the same bug.
