Hi

I would like to ask if as an option, it would be possible that when Everything get the focus, the text present in the search line would be automatically selected so that I can immediately paste some new text without the need to erase the previous search text.

That option (& more) should make it in at some point, Allow Option For SearchEdit Cursor Positioning Mode.

• Added Select search on activate option

To enable this opton:

• In "Everything", from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the View tab.
• Under advanced settings.
• Check Select search on activate.
• Click OK.
