File List Opening

Opening Everything from icon shows a file list populated by a great number of files before any entries are made in the search box. What configuration changes have to be made such that the file list comes up empty on opening the program?

Tools | Options -> General --> Results, Hide results when the search is empty.

(At least its that way in 1.4beta.)
