Hi
i've changed the database location to R:\temp\Everything but even after restart, the database is not located there,
what confuses me even more is that I can't find it anywhere even in the everything folder !!!
If I try to find everything.db in everything I gent no results ... It's a mistery
BTW i've not set Multi-user database filename I guess it's using another name for the db ¿?
Thank you. Good job.

If you quit Everything, then restart it, does it turn up?

Sorry Therube, what do you mean with turn up ?
The programs works well, but I can't locate the db setting or unsetting the directory, no everything.db in my hdd.
Thanks

OK, I know the answer now:
I found it in a post
verything creates its database from the NTFS master file table.
The database is stored in memory and saved to disk when you exit Everything. The database is restored from disk the next time you open Everything.
Everything uses USN Journaling to keep its database up to date.
