Open Path Not Working

For some reason, Open Path doesn't work anymore. I used all three methods:
- Double-clicking on the path in results, having made that selection in Options/General/Results by checking the item.
- Using File/Open path (with result highlighted)
- Using the keyboard shortcut CTRL+ENTER (with result highlighted)

When one of the above is done, it opens Explorer in the default library folder rather than the folder the result item is in.

What do your settings for, Everything Options | General -> Context Menu:

Open Path... ?
Explore Path...?
