Duplicate entries

Duplicate entries

1.4.1.877 64 bit / Windows 10 1703 64 bit
I used to access drives in a remote computer and had them mapped locally as m: n: o: p:
Decided to use those drives locally using a port multiplier.
Removed local mappings but maintained the same drive letters.
Just to be sure, after removing each mapping with Explorer, also issued command NET USE * /d /y which responded There are no entries in the list.

Now I'm getting duplicate entries for every search.

Rescanned all and forced index rebuild - did not solve the problem.
Note that this happens if objects are located in m: n: o: p: - not if they're located in c:
I used drives with a port multiplier before and Everything searched them with no problems.

Update
Changed drive letter from O: to L:
Noted that each entry for that drive continues to appear twice but one begins with L:\... and the other with O:\...

Please try enabling automatically remove offline volumes:
  • In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
  • Click the NTFS tab on the left.
  • Check Automatically remove offline volumes.
  • For each volume in the Local NTFS volumes list
  • Click Remove.
  • Click OK.
Please remove any folder indexes that may already be indexed as NTFS volumes:
  • In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
  • Click the Folders tab on the left.
  • Locate any folder index that is a NTFS volume and click Remove.
  • Click OK.

Click OK.

Locate any folder index that is a NTFS volume and click Remove.
Click OK.
Was already set to automatically remove volumes and could not click Remove, as the button was shadowed.

But the second set of instructions worked.
