Win 10. must everything always need the permission dialogue?

i thought that this issue may have already been covered in forums etc, however, i could not find any reference to it, so.....

everytime i start up win 10 (anniversary edition) and desktop is loaded, and perhaps i am just about to load a page on the browser, my "work" will be interupted by Everything needing permission from the "do you want everything to make changes on this computer" or some such similar permission dialogue, and it is very annoying.
must i always have to do this? or is there a means of giving it permanent permissions?
i feel as though i should probably know this, however i'm flumoxed!
i tried going into properties, and set some settings there, knowing it wasn't the ones i needed, but may find useful.


p.s. i would like to know more about making "hidden" items visible in folders, and of course "hidden" folders.

further:
i tried just now clicking onto the everything icon > properties, and checked the boxes for run as administrator in both of the tabs which ask.
perhaps this might help?
i'll discover on next start up, and post result incase it is useful for other neww users to know.

Are you using the Everything Service?
If not, enable that & see what happens?
Tools | Options -> General => Everything Service
