File search by properties

Is it possible to look for a file according to the properties found in the context menu under "Properties"? The installation file for a well-known antivirus program is called "startup.exe" in the fine tradition of not telling the user more than one has to. One can find the name of the program in the "Properties" item in the Explorer context menu, however. Can it be accessed via the Everything Search Engine?
