Default font type

What font is being used as the default? It seems very similar to Arial.

I have been trying to change the font size (in the Options) to see more detail but got puzzled about which is the default.

[NotNull]

Default means Windows' default font. And that is Segoe UI

[void]

Everything uses the default Windows dialog font.
This is usually MS Shell Dlg 2 or MS Shell Dlg.
This logical font maps to a real font that varies for each version of Windows.

• Windows XP - Microsoft Sans Serif
  Windows Vista/7/8 - Tahoma
  Windows 10 - Segoe UI
