Doesn't search new external drive

Hi,

I just obtained a new WD external hard drive and Everything doesn't search it. It searched my old one without a problem. It's set up as drive Q: on my computer. Do I have to do something to set it up?

That depends on your current configuration
The relevant settings can be found under Menu:Tools > Options > Indexes > NTFS
(assuming this drive is NTFS formatted)

• If you want to include all disks automatically:
  • enable Automatically include new fixed volumes
  • enable Automatically include new removable volumes
• If you want to include specifically your Q:-drive:
  • Click on this drive in the Local NTFS Volumes box
  • check all boxes under Settings for Local Disk (Q:)
