Cannot Find My m3u Files

I wish I had found Everything 5 years ago...

Inside my ...

C:\Users\Me\AppData\Roaming\J River\Media Center 21\Library\Playlists

...are 205 files with various file names and a file extension of m3u.

When I search for *.m3u I get no returns.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have not changed any of my Options since installing Everything. Could somebody please help me?

Check the Search menu.
Maybe you have enabled Regex?
Or a non-compatible Filter?

Or see what a search for, ext:m3u , returns?

Personally, if I get unexpected results, I check the right side of Everything's status bar. If that isn't empty, I know some setting is off.

Thank you to "therube" and to the other responders as well.

I found the problem. In the upper right corner of the Everything window, I had not selected "Everything". After I selected "Everything" I could see all of my m3u filenames.
