Shortcut to "Search in Everything"

Post by rs232 »

Would it be possible to add the "Search in Everything" while a text is selected on a webpage? A bit like "Search in Google" does

Currently using Firefox

Thanks

This is super! It really is. :D

Can the Everything search be triggered by right clicking (+ menu selection) a highlighted text as well?

Thanks

Thanks for the link, it appears like the userChrome.css is to hide items from the right click menu, not to add.
I just think it would be very nice to have that's all...

I thought so too (the link comes from my bookmarks), but when researching that option it turned out to be too much work (for me).

I don't have the skills but I would have thought for somebody that knows what he/she is doing it should be just a matter to reverse engineer the "search google for "..." " menu, create an Everything equivalent and point that exactly where the bookmark solution goes.

Just a thought...
