Search misses newer files, shows deleted files and folders

Search misses newer files, shows deleted files and folders.

Everything has been working quite well for some time.
Recently though, I discovered that all of a sudden files. I know exist. Do not show up in the search but deleted files or deleted folders show!
Path information shows the old/original file location but not the current one.
For example, I moved 3 files from a folder 1 to a folder 2 , but everything does not show the new location, but displays the old one.

What happened here?

Sounds like Everything is no longer monitoring your volumes.
This could be caused by the Everything Service being stopped.

Please make sure Everything is installed correctly:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the General tab on the left.
• Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything.
• Check Everything Service. (Please make sure this is tick-checked and not square-checked)
• Uncheck Run as administrator.
• Click OK.
• Exit Everything (right click the Everything tray icon and click Exit).
• Restart Everything.

Please try forcing a rebuild:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Indexes tab on the left.
• Click Force Rebuild.
• Click OK.
