Results always show 2 of every file or folder on C:

I've been using version 1.4.1.935 (x86) for some time and find it very useful. The only problem that I have is that the results always appear twice in the list. This happens no matter what type of search, but only on the C drive. Is there some way to stop the duplicates from appearing?

You're likely indexing, automatically, NTFS & separately having your C: drive added a Folder index.

Tools | Options | Indexes -> Folders
