Help Please

Should a search find files that are on the microsd card in my computer.

I can find files on the computer itself and any external USB had drive that's attached, but not the card.

That will depend on how the drive / card is formatted.

If it is NTFS formatted, it will be picked up automagically by Everything (just like your USB disks).
Those drives can be found under Menu:Tools > Options > Indexes > NTFS

Your SD Card is probably exFAT or FAT32 formatted.
You have to add this manually under Menu:Tools > Options > Indexes > Folders

Sorry, but I don't know how to delete this (stupid) question.

In the past when I first found this program I had obviously read the menus and options with far greater care than this afternoon.

Somewhere along the line I had forgotten how I had set this in the past, and having had a few gremlins in the system of late, I wrongly assumed that might be an associate problem.

By the way I do know what RTM/RTFM means
