child: function in a filter

Post by Danielsan73 »

When i search for a folders containing a specific filename, and in the searchbar i type child:"filename" Everything return me the right folders.
But when i create a new filter with child: only,
when i search for "filename" in searchbar E return only the folders with "filename" in the name of the folder and not the folders containing it. Excuse me for bad english i hope someone undestand.
Thankyou.

I did! :D (nothing wrong with your English, by the way)

Everything has a special syntax for that. You can get what you want with the following filter definition:

Name =
Child
(or anything you would like to name it)
Search =
child:something:
(literally; just copy/paste it)
Macro =
<something>
(literally; just copy/paste it)
