Can't Find Troubleshoot Guide. Help!

Hi folks!

Some files that I definitely have are missing from my search. Is there a guide somewhere, so I can troubleshoot this issue? I've done searches and looked through the pinned "support" posts by void, but I don't think I saw anything for this... If so, can someone please direct me?

Note: I have about 8TB of files between 6 internal and external drives, in case that is relevant.

Please make sure the following search options are unchecked:

• In "Everything", from the Search menu:
• Uncheck Match Case.
• Uncheck Match Whole Word.
• Uncheck Match Path.
• Uncheck Match Diacritics.
• Uncheck Enable Regex.

Please make sure the Everything filter is selected:

• In "Everything", from the Search menu:
• Check Everything.

Please make sure Everything is installed correctly:

• In "Everything", from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the General tab on the left.
• Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything.
• Check Everything Service.
• Uncheck Run as administrator.
• Click OK.
• Exit "Everything" (right click the Everything tray icon and click Exit).
• Restart "Everything".

Please try forcing a rebuild:

• In "Everything", from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Indexes tab on the left.
• Click Force Rebuild.
• Click OK.

If the issue persists, please let me know.
