Bookmarks window covering Everything.

I have a problem with the bookmarks window totally covering Everything so that I have to click on a clear section of my desktop to make the bookmarks window disappear.
If I'm running Everything full screen there is still the blue bar showing but if I run it any other size it totally covers the search window.

Just clicking on the bookmarks menu will bring up the window to the right of the menu item doesn't completely cover the search window but only two, rather than 3 columns show

It doesn't happen if I just click on bookmarks but if I click on any other menu item and the move the mouse along the menu bar over the bookmarks menu item the Window comes up.
This also happens with the search menu item but not quite as bad as I don't have as many entries.

When the bookmarks are displayed, I press the ESC key (several times if necessary) to hide them again.

Implementing my own popup menus is on my TODO list.
Scrollable popup menus should help with this issue.

I will look into preventing the popup menus from obstructing other main menus. (mainly Tools/Help after bookmarks)

For now, consider storing bookmarks in only a few folders.
