I do seem to have the problem of constant re-indexing with each small change I've made. For instance everytime I enable or disiable the exclude list Everything performs a re-index.

I don't remember this happening on 1.4

This is expected.

Changing the exclude list will perform a re-index for Everything 1.5 and earlier.
Your indexed properties in Everything 1.5 will also need to be re-indexed.

No, use temporary excludes.

Thanks...I have different entries in each exclusion list so I suppose the best way for the moment would be to create a separate instance of Everything.

You did mention a while back that you were considering implementing multiple temp excludes list.
