Locating files in real time as they are created ?

Hi Guys,
I am running Everything Version 1.5.0.1272a (x64)
In windows 10.
All of my Hard drives C: to F: are indexed
If I create a new file and store it on any of these drives
Everything can locate it.
Is it possible to get Everything to start listing files as they are changed or created in real time?
If this can’t be done, is it possible to get a list of the latest files created or changed on the drives.
The reason I ask this question, is I have a program I am running which is creating files and changing existing files but giving no clue to the location of these files.

Index / Index Journal

Index Journal might work for your purpose. You can find it under the menu Index > Index Journal. You can track various changes to the file system with it such as file or folder creating, renaming, moving and deleting.

I filtered it to one folder in this case because without any kind of filtering there's a lot of new changes coming all the time. I created a file and folder and made a few operations on them.

Here's an example how it looks:

This thread may help a little regarding filtering results:

Also, I use dc:last10mins and dm:last10mins which gives the most recent created and modified files. Adjust the time period to whatever you need.
