Opening files from Everything

Could you please explain what this means please? It was on a Wiki page regarding Everything.
"Furthermore opening the file or running an executable will launch the file with its own credentials rather than with the user's own credentials"

Is it to do with files opened from within Everything running as admin?

When you run Everything as user X, opening/running a file from within Everything will be done as user X too.
That might be a different username as the one used to log into Windows, for example if Everything was started as administrator.
