Cosmetic bug: Dragging Statusbar while Maximized

Everything 1.5 allows the user to drag around the Everything window from its statusbar in the same manner as from its titlebar (aka window caption), allowing for greater dexterity handling partly off-screen windows. Like from the titlebar, when dragging the statusbar while Everything is maximized, the window will normalize and allow to be dragged. Unlike the titlebar, the window escapes away from the mouse and does not remain anchored beneath the cursor when dragging from the maximized state, because the normalized window moves far away from the mouse to the top of the screen. The effect is unpretty.

This issue will be fixed in the next alpha update.
Everything will prevent dragging the window from toolbars when maximized.
