Multiple profiles for options

I don't know if it is possible already. I want to set different options: which drive, folders to include/exclude etc and create profiles. The bookmark window is already there, so why not extend it to include all the options in the settings.

Please try Multiple instances

Everything.exe -instance "Profile Name"

For example:
Everything.exe -instance "Drives D and E"

Scary stuff for a noob like me but it's there. Any hope of the same but within the main interface, with a little checkmark in the future?

I will consider profile selection from within the UI.
