Filter for a specified path - is it possible to use it instead of a Bookmark?

Post by Thy Grand Voidinesss »

I know how to add a Bookmark to e.g.
D:\My Music\

but is it possible to make such ready to use search query for a Filter? So that I could access this from a drop down menu [thus quicker than form the Bookmarks in Main Menu]?

In the Help I have found only 3 entries with "path" mentioned in them
Modifiers:
path:
Match full path and filename.

Functions:
infolder:<path>
Search for files and folders in the specified path, excluding subfolders.

Functions:
parent:<path>
Search for files and folders in the specified path, excluding subfolders.

And what I would need is to include all subfolders in the search process - but only show files as matches

Sure, type your search in the search bar and select Menu:Search >Add to Filters ....

Everything 1.5 has a Filters sidebar and a Bookmarks sidebar is under development. Both can be (de-) activated in the View menu.
