Warning colour

I very often forget that I have set pause updates or have omissions enabled. I've asked previously if there could be an option to move the status box and use a different colour, but I was thinking as well of an option to possibly have the title bar change colour when certain options are set?

Also, are tabs still on your to-do list?

I will consider an option to show the pause status and other options in the title bar.
I will consider title bar color customization depending on status and options.
