Option to always exclude specific folders?

Is there an options to exclude specific folder without have to manually add it in every search term? I'd like to exclude C:\Windows\ for example, but adding !"C:\Windows\ plus every other folder I want to exclude in every search is very annoying.

To exclude C:\Windows from your Everything index:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Exclude tab on the left.
• Click Add folder....
• Select C:\Windows and click OK.
• Click OK.

How could I miss the Exclude tab... I honestly spend 5 minutes search the options menu without finding it. Thanks a lot.
