cannot explore path in version 1.3.0.632b

When I right click on an entry to explore path I get the following error message:

These files can't be opened
Your Internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened.
====================================================================
I can click on the file to open it I just cannot explore the path. I have checked all of the
registry settings and the ini file and all seems to be in order.

The path I am trying to open is local and not on the network. I do not see any setting
that I change for internet security.

This is on only one computing device that has windows 8, on another, it works correctly
but I do not know what is different. Both use the MS firewall and security programme.

any help would be appreciated.

What file, what path are you trying to open?
