Show All Search History

I have configured everything to be in dark mode, while "show all search history" dialog comes up really bright.

So I have a single request / query which might serve two needs.

1. Can the "show all search history..." dialog show as a windowed section just like folders or filters have their own window ?

This will not only address the dark mode issue but it will be more easily accessible and would be a boon to work with without having to type frequent queries.

Everything dialogs use the stock windows control which don't support dark themes yet.

Support for dark themed dialogs is on my TODO list.
