I have just installed a new copy of Everything and run it for the first time. I believe it started a scan and then my PC glitched. When I shut down Everything and reopened it, I had no list of filenames. I went to Options and added my C: drive. When it finished scanning, my list showed all filenames duplicated, with the same path and size. These files are NOT on the drive twice, but I don't know how to get rid of the duplicate entries in the index.
Windoze 10, 64 bit, 1 TB HDD.
Is there a way to purge the duplicate entries or maybe flush the index and rescan again?
Thanks.

Re: Duplicated filenames in new index
Everything automatically indexes your NTFS volumes.
Please remove any NTFS volumes from your folder indexes:

Re: Duplicated filenames in new index
Went to Options - Couldn't remove C: drive under NTFS (Remove was ghosted), but I could remove C: drive under folders. Cleared everything right up. Thanks for the directions.
