Folder Tree : Cutting & Rename-Tabbing

* In cutting items from the Folder Tree, the items should go faded just as they would when cutting from the results list -- Fairly minor but a little irking since other contexts have them fading.
* In the folder tree when renaming, tabbing should go into the next item in rename mode, just as occurs with the results list (when tabbing from a rename) -- Its quite common that the place of choice to rename folders is in the side bar since they are readily in view.

Thanks. I'm not sure if there's any interest in having an altered presentation for items under copy (as opposed to cut), as it's presumably almost identical code - similar to how excel actively indicates cells to be copied. It's all an element of tangible feedback to actions that makes the program feel in tune with your requests.
