With HTML image maps, you can create clickable areas on an image.
For example:
Clicking on any option in this image will jump to the corresponding help in the document.
Also, in program you can add the [?] button, near the [X] button.
Clicking on [?] button and then on any option, will open the corresponding help in local help file or in website.
If there is a tool that can convert the Windows GUI to HTML GUI, you won't need the HTML image maps.
