Problem getting command line interface to work

I'm using Everything version 1.4.1. Not running as Administrator but using the service. I've downloaded the command line interface utility but can't get it to work.

Every attempt to run a query results in the following error message:

Error 7: Unable to send IPC message.

Any ideas to what the problem could be?

Please make sure Everything is running in the background
Everything -> Tools -> Options -> UI -> Run in background.



Did you install the Lite version?
-The Lite version does not support the command line interface.
-Please install the non-Lite version over the top of your existing installation.

Thank you - this was the issue. I didn't realize there was a lite version and/or I've forgotten why I would have installed it - it's been a while.

Everything is working now.
