It looks like Everything is finding non-ascii (Japanese) characters ok (Everything uses utf-8 internally). But is missing folders from your index.
I wonder if Everything is excluding these folders because they are orphaned (missing parent folders).
Could you please exit Everything, delete your Everything.db and run Everything 1.2.1.371 in debug mode.
When Everything creates a new database it will report a lot of detailed information to the debug console. Could you please post this information.
Unforunately, these objects are missing vital information and can not be included in the index. Is possible to setting do not exclude the 1939 objects ?
Adding the index attribute to all the files appears to have fixed the file system.I seem find solution way.

Glad to hear Everything is now working.

I have added more detail to the verbose debugging for the next release of Everything to list these issues as the current versions of Everything only report the number of objects excluded.

Everything does not need the index attribute set.
It is normal for Everything to exclude 5-30 files or folders.
There are always a few internal ntfs folders and files which can not be included (MFT, change journal etc).
Also, I would recommend making a backup of anything important on this J drive.
