Exclude list works even when it's disabled

Hey, I do not know if I have something wrong going on in my program, but the exclude list works even when it is disabled in the settings.
I have some filters to exlude some things I do not want to accidentally delete, but the list removes results even on the default unmodified Everything filter. The only way to truly disable the exclude list is to keep it empty.

As you can see in the screenshot, it's disabled and just to show the problem I:
1. added D:\ into the list when it was enabled
2. unticked the "Enable exclude list"

And even if I rebuild the index, it still doesn't show up.
I'm using 1.5.0.1371a (x64)

Is D: a removable device?

If so, do you have multiple removable devices that end up being D: when they are plugged in, & have you been switching between them?

If so, wonder if that has a bearing on what you are seeing?

I discovered another possible problem.

You see, when I added D: to the exclude list to show you the screenshot, after removing it (thus making the exclude list empty), D: was STILL NOT VISIBLE. So it was suspicious and I discovered that the reason it wasn't visible is that it got disabled in the NTFS tab in options (the "Include in database" was unticked), but I didn't touch this tab or any other at all. Ticking the option fixed my problem, but it might happen in the future. And I have no idea what caused it.
And the enable/disable exclude still happens.

D: is not removable, I have only one external HDD which is constantly plugged in. I have a pendrive in as R: which is completely ignored by Everything (as it should be).
The letters do not change at all.

Everything 1.5.0.1372a fixes an issue with excluding a volume from Tools -> Options -> Exclude when the exclude list was disabled.
