Alt+Left does not display prior Histories
i did /something/
& the Search field went "blank"
Alt+Right, the last "entry", is "", best i can tell
- it does have an 'X' (clear) button, so "something" is there, though it is "", best i can tell
& that "" is showing all my files, as in the search is not filtered in any way, but is "there",
i.e., a search of ""
now, if i Alt-Left, search is <blank> (rather then ""), best i can tell
- it has an '?' [? being a poor representation of the Everything icon], so "nothing" is there, Search is simply waiting for a search term, best i can tell, so is nul, at this point
& likewise, <nul> is showing all my files, there is no search term at this point
further attempts to Alt+Left are fruitless
though there certainly had been many searches prior,
likewise dropdown history shows my expected prior searches,
i just cannot access them any longer with Alt+Left
the first dropdown history item looks <blank>
the second dropdown history item is what i was doing before all this happened
search '' filter 'video: sort:name: distinct: ' sort 18 ascending 0
when Alt+Left gets stuck (not going back any further)
simply a repetition of:

that's weird, different, after Alt+Lefting a bunch of times (to no avail)
Alt+Right have me this instead

'' vs ' '
oh, i must have let up early on the Alt-key, which cause a 1 position to the right "search"
so now i can alternate between '' and ' '
& i'm sure if i <backspace>, it will return to '' & ''
likewise, Tab shows [UNIQ] (filter) vs ' - UNIQ'
so it seems i've gotten stuck between a "NOT" search <nul> & a search of '' (initially)
weird
anyhow, not big deal
(maybe i somehow entered some sort of non-printing, non-character-spaced "character", like a nul char?)
