minimize_on_close with File - Close Window

minimize_on_close should do so when clicking the X button far top right, but I think on explicitly closing the window using File - Close Window or its shortcut, it should actually close rather than minimse, as by doing so the user is rather explicitly asking for a close, and also otherwise there's no way to actually close the window.

Likewise I think hide_on_close should only be with the X...

I will consider another option that minimizes on the x button only.
