Refresh File Lists added to indexes

Hello,
I added a fixed File List to Options-Indexes-File Lists. the EFU file has some changes from time to time.
is there a way to refresh it to get the latest values instead of Remove/ADD which what I am doing now.

When you enable Monitor Changes for each of the filelists that are added under Options > Indexes > File Lists,
These filelists should be re-read when they are modified.
