What is the week cycle Mon-Sun or Sun-Sat?
I tried a search dc:lastsun today. Ideally it should return 30/6/2013 but it returns 23/6/2013. The same holds for last , past and prev. dc:sun returns 30/6/2013 which is fine as the latest Sunday.
Please ignore this if the cycle is set to Sun-Sat.

It's still Saturday,which means last sunday is not 30/6 but 23/6
If you try it tomorrow,it will show
30/6 - 7/7

I have not understood this properly. dm:thisweek returns 1/7/2013 -7/7/2013 and dm:lastweek returns 24/6 - 30/6 that is Mon-Sun cycle. If I checked for dm:thismon or dm:mon it returns blank and dm:lastmon returns 1/7/2013. When I checked yesterday dm:thismon returned 1/7/2013. This is in tune with a cycle of Sun-Sat. Looks like I am missing something...

Since today is Sunday,this returns 1/7/2013 -7/7/2013 which is correct.

and dm:lastweek returns 24/6 - 30/6

And this is also correct...think of it like this:
Take this weak monday date - 7 days = last week which is 24/6 - 30/6

that is Mon-Sun cycle. If I checked for dm:thismon or dm:mon it returns blank and dm:lastmon returns 1/7/2013.

I think there is something wrong here

I also tried dc:lastmon..any date of the week and it returns 1/7/2013 - 1/6(the last created file in the folder I'm checking is 6)/2013
