I've just noticed that the ini file from the main Everything has shown up in my instance. Is this normal?
I've done a text compare and there are quite a few differences, but it doesn't seem to have had any effect on the instance with it there or after removing it.

Check your settings in each Instance, .
Typically, one (or at least I) would expect each Instance to be using its own .ini, not some "common" .ini in %APPDATA%.
(In my case, I've never used %APPDATA%.)
