Removable Path Changed

I'm not sure if this has been highlighted, it probably has...
I plugged an external SATA drive in that was indexed in Everything but usually greyed out as absent.
Because another device had been plugged in and occupied its drive letter, it connected as a different letter.
In Everything, it dutifully appeared as present (ungreyed) but utilising the prior letter name in the path so when items were clicked they did not open.

Are you using Everything 1.4 or 1.5?

Everything should have seen the drive as "moved" and performed a quick reindex.

Could you please send me your Tools -> Debug -> Statistics to support@voidtools.com
Could you please send me your debug log after opening the options window:

• From the Tools menu, under the Debug submenu, click Start debug logging.
• From the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the NTFS tab.
• Press F5.
• Close the options window.
• In Everything, From the Tools menu, under the Debug submenu, click Stop debug logging.
  --this will open your Everything Debug Log.txt in Notepad--

Should that be done when the problem is exhibiting with the drive in, since the drive isn't currently plugged in (but does still have the old letter)

If Everything is currently using the wrong drive letter for your drive, then yes, please send the logs.
