Checkbox to enable/disable additonial folders

May I suggest having a checkbox to enable/disable the additional folders in Options > Indexes > Folders.

There is already a similar checkbox to what I suggest in the "Exclude" folders tab in Options.

Personally, I would like to see such checkboxes for EACH individual folder, as well as a master checkbox for all of them. (If you see what I mean.) A master check box would be useful because I have approx 20 folder entries and do not always want to exclude all of them or include all of them.

I will consider a checkbox to toggle folder indexes.

The issue with toggling indexed folders is it requires a quick reindex.



Please consider adding a !index-type:folder filter to Everything 1.5:

• In Everything 1.5, from the Search menu, click Add to filters....
• Change the Name to: Hide folder indexes
• Change the Search to: !index-type:folder
• Click OK.

Filters can be activated from the Search menu, Filter bar (View -> Filters), right clicking the status bar, filter macro or filter keyboard shortcut.



Everything 1.5 will have an option to omit results:

• In Everything 1.5, from the Index menu, click Enable Result Omissions.
• From the Index menu, click Enable Result Omissions.
• Click Add Folder....
• Select a folder from your folder index and click Select Folder.
  (repeat for additional folders)
• Click OK.

Toggling omitted results from the Index menu is instant.
