Show full context menu when holding shift?

Is this possible
I rarely need the full context menu that also includes the shell extensions so I keep this option to false
context_menu_shell_extensions=0
But sometimes I want to access some shell extension but I cannot because of that option

I will consider an option to show the full context menu on Shift.

For now, please consider leaving context_menu_shell_extensions enabled and using the main File menu to access basic file operations.
