Start minimized

How do I get Everything to start (at bootup) minimized?

Everything.exe -startup ?
"Start in system tray only (Run in background must be enabled)."

Run in background is enabled. I do have an icon in the sys tray. But there is no such selection in the options as "start in sys tray only".

Ummm "Everything.exe -startup" goes in the "ini"?
