Ev 1.3 crashes very often ~ request

Well, as other members said in this forum, Ev 1.3 crashes often when copying, deleting, moving files. I think it happens 5 of 10 times.

Crashes are a big stable problem.
And I think that stable problems should be solved in shorter time than "next (major) release".
Implementing new features or improving "old" features, that's okay to do it in next major releases.
But solving stable problems like crashes of the program should be solved quick.
