Importing settings

I had 645b , 647b save their settings and data in appdata folder. But it so happened whilst installing 647b and now 649b , and also opting to save the settings to the appdata folder even during install , I find the settings not imported. Is there something else to be checked.Everytime building upon options is a tedious affair.

Everything is not loading the app data Everything.ini correctly on installation and the old settings are lost.
