Do you think or is it possible that user who modify, delete, ... appears on "Index Journal" column ?

Unfortunately, no.
This information is unknown to NTFS and thus unknown to Everything.

I will look into other ways to do this, maybe with low level system hooks..
It's unlikely this will be accurate enough to be useful.

I use in details your software since monday. It's very great !
The column "Owner" is the thing who i search ! Do you think it's possible to add the possibility of adding this column in "Index journal" ?

I will consider adding "owner" information to the index Journal.
