Can we move the functionality of Filters to Bookmarks?

Under Bookmarks Menu will be:

Add New to Bookmarks... (open clean dialog like: Organize Bookmarks... > New...)
Add Current to Bookmarks...
Organize Bookmarks...

In New Bookmark dialog:
Search: [Add ▼] [ _______________ ]
Filter: [(No change) ▼] [Organize...]
Columns: [(No change) ▼] [Organize...]

I will consider a "Add new to bookmarks" options.

This would be useful for adding a blank bookmark that ignores all the current search, view and layout options.

Currently, when clicking "Add to Bookmarks", Everything will remember all the current search, view and layout options by default.
If you change all of these to (No Change) Everything will remember this for the next type you click "Add to Bookmarks".

Filter functions and all other functionality.

Filter dialog will include only features that really filter results like:
ext:
folder:
file:

"Mix files and folders" for example, belongs to bookmarks, because it filters nothing.

Using bookmarks to modify your view, sort and columns might become more favorable with the implementation of the bookmark bar and bookmark sidebar.

OK. Just remember that people do not always understand the difference between bookmarks and filters.
You can consider changing the name from Filters to Everything Functions or something else ...
