Everything as search tool for a business

Good day,
I have been looking for a simple search tool for business use. The requirements are not so complicated. A centralized database, capability to process tens of millions files and ability to limit search results based on NTFS-permissions. Does anyone have experience on everythings capability on processing large(ish) amount of files and how about the NTFS-permissions?

The Everything Server supports the following:

• A centralized database.
• 10+ million files.
• Everything users permissions.

NTFS-permissions is on my TODO list for a future version of Everything.
For now, the Everything Server has accounts.
Each account can limit access to certain folders.
