Handling Total Commander descriptions in Everything

Saw a request recently from someone who wanted support for Total Commander (TC) descriptions.
AFAIK this is currently not implemented, so I made something that can list and search for TC descriptions (see below)

Before releasing it in the wild, I am looking for one or two testers who can confirm if this is working as it should
(and I really hope it does, as it is complicated enough as it is...)
